View Full Version : Cold Air Pipe

I have fitted a BMC Carbon Airbox but the pipe work it comes with is not the best and just follows the original routing.

I have ordered a Pipercross Cold Air Pipe which I was thinking of running directly from the lower grill next to to fog light into the airbox. Will this cause any problems with the pipe being directly in the airflow? Or should I direct the pipe to the side or back to avoid water in the system?

Help, I know nothing!

You shouldn't have to many problems as long as it's 6" or so below the actual filter. Then again the way the winter weather has been, you should be careful when driving through huge buddles.
