Just to confirm then - If I was to come up on the day (sat 19th) I could get my ibiza REVOed for 499 + Vat less 20% i.e 469.06????
Yup! That's what the man said! The discount applies to the SPS switches as well.
But it's a one day only offer.

Is that this Saturday or the 19th August?
Reason I ask is that I haven't got my LCR yet but (crosses fingers) by next month I should. It's a shame to miss out! :(
It is this saturday (tomorrow)
however - I think Revo will be doing an event annually

Will this be available at all Revo outlets for this day only or just the open day, seems peeps that live a long way from Daventry may loose out i.e Scottish members! Who else reckons this is a more realistic price for the upgrade on a normal day-to-day basis without the discount?
many of the revo dealers will be there on the day anyway - and it is just for the software on that day
would you loose out? i mean you would probably still save even with paying for the petrol to get there & back?
the pricing for the day is a special offer - like at GTI International etc.

Bargain!
Shame my Ibiza is still being repaired, otherwise I might have come down, cheque-book in hand :(
Oh, and I spotted a Revo van last night on the M1 (northbound, around Junction 25) - I was in the silver Cordoba in the outside lane :)

Well, I bit the bullet today and travelled the 100+ miles from Essex up to Wilton today for the REVO remap for my Ibiza turbo.
At the discounted £470 all in price I just could not resist any longer!
So anyway what are my first impressions?
Superb and definately worth the money!
Much enhanced midrange response and a real dream on the motorway on the way home. 5th gear tip in's at 70-80mph result in a real push in the seat! The only downside is that although top end pull is still better than standard, in contrast with the midrange it does feel a bit flat after 5000rpm due to the flow limitations of the small K03 turbo.
Judging by the heatsoak problems a lot of people have been noticing with the recent hot weather, I expect that when the temperatures drop I will see an increase at the top end anyway.
I hope also that a more free flowing exhaust will help slightly at the top end, reducing the backpressure, so that will be next on the shopping list!
Can anyone support this theory - Has anyone had the REVO treatment on the Ibiza and then fitted a more free flowing exhaust??? if so was there much difference??
Thanks to the guys at REVO for their efficient and professional service today! Im certainly not dissapointed! :D :D :D :D:

An I/C will help to retain or give you some extra top end.
As for spotting our van, that's damn impressive as we haven't even bought one yet!;)

LOL!
Well, I don't know! It was (I think) one of those VW Caddy vans, with a big shiny REVO sticker on the back left side of the opening doors.
I guess it must have been a company selling your products...

It could have been BBToys, they've been at Bug Jam this weekend?!

Kev,
I know mitch said you had just had a new intercooler put on the ibiza. Who did you get it from and what was the cost if you don't mind me asking?;)
It's a forge one Chris

It isn't a new one, it's the same old Forge one we've had for ages. I refitted it about a month ago after the car had been repaired though.
We have got (still) a semi prepared front bumber ready for us to try a front mount I/C on it. Hopefully I'll get round to doing something with this over the next month or so.
