How to get rear seats out of Mk3 Ibizia cupra?

Does anyone know how to take the rear seats out of the ibizia cupra 20vT?

Not the bench but the bits your back goes against?
Any advice please.

tilt the back rest forwards

then insert large flat screwdriver into the pivot & push the slider back. then the pivot pops out.

easy once you've done it once. luckily you have to do it 4 times to get them all out. so you'll be an expert soon enuff

dont forget to remove the clips from the center pivot point...
again a flat screwdriver will do nicely.
