WHATS THE BEST WAY TO REMOVE SCRATCHES OTHER THAN RESPAYING THE PANEL???

It depends how deep they are. If only superficisl, try a medium weight compound then wax. If really light scratch try using something like 3M medium duty cleaning wax.
