Does anyone else have thios problem on the volume control that every time you go to switch the volume has a mind of its own.
It doesn't appear to have a starting point, the dial just goes all the way round if that makes any sense?
Probably the same problem i had, feels like the volume control isn't doing anything and rarely does do anything, sometimes the volume level flickers all over the place on the screen! You need a new headunit i'm afraid! Hope you are under warranty, I had this problem from when I bought the car, the dealer hadn't checked the radio apparently!
no way i didn't think it would be that serious!
Would that be the same for the date.
Coz when i switch mine off and then on again after a journey the date is about 4 months out from day and month but still in 2003.
no luckily its not that just the volume control thats up the creek!
gonna drop by my local dealer tomorrow as its done it again when I left work it was on 17th December 2003. It was nice and warm for xmas though.
