I can see why you won - you are by a considerable margin one of the best dealers i have dealt with! Nothing is too much trouble even for the smallest, cheapest parts.

cheers for that - its retrospective for 2008 based on the SEAT 'GO' competition and also on 'whole business' ie sales, service and parts.
tbh the branch Im at is SEAT parts and service only so the other 'full' branch will get the glory lol They arent on SCN tho ;)

From a 12x12 office and a small store, our branch sells more SEAT parts than any other Region 1 dealer (NI/Scotland) Shows what a sensible pricing policy and a bit of common courtesy can achieve :lol:

Sounds cheesy but we dont do anything that other dealers cant do - I have stood in places buying parts for cars and bikes and been treated poorly, so why act like that with our own customers? Low prices dont run a business and the forum is a 'niche market' for us, but every sale counts. If it werent for customers, no dealer would survive and many are getting it tougher than us.
The award is not a personal one for me - Im just a small part of a group which is very good at what it does. As always, a big thanks to the guys buying parts who keep me in a job
