Alternators

How you all doin?

My alternator has packed up.
Is it possible to get a high performance one??
The standard factory fitted one is 55amp.
I would prefer a 100amp as it states in the Haynes book???

Any suggestions??

find a scrapyard with a diesel and it should have a larger amp alternator, halfords or german swedish &french is also a consideration.
