Yep, ordered mine through ticketmaster but not recived them, friend had too. He called them up and said they'd be sent out this week!

I guess if they're not here by Thursday I'll give 'em a call.

If you orderd over phone you should have tickets already, and wouldn't have been charged any booking fee.

If you ordered over web you would have been charged £1 per ticket booking fee and not received tickets as they haven't decide yet when to issue them.

I've had a number of people contact me who ordered over net. Ticketmaster were not very helpful :(

Two of my friends phoned up. 1 ordered 10 (thought limit was 6?), the other ordered 6 on 23rd July, both sets arrived on Friday.

Both not been charged booking fee. They didn't ask for credit card details.

I actually order 2 (over the net) and got charged booking fee and still waiting for tickets. Another friend order 6 tickets over net and got charged £6 and still waiting.

Ticketmaster response was "London office connected with the Rockingham promotion are dealing with it, sorry we can't help"

I think a c*ck up with communications at Ticketmaster and the London office dealing with Rockingham - some getting charged booking fee, others not.

I'm a bit confused. Why are you guys ordering and paying for tickets when my underatanding is that you can get them for free through this website!?!? Or did you guys order them before you found out about the free tickets?

Cheers
Ben

I ordered 5 tickets on 11/07 - cost me £2 each. Was told there was still a £1 booking fee & then a £1 handling fee from ticketmaster themselves. Still haven't received them though! Phoned them again last Thursday to be told I would receive them no later than today but hadn't arrived by the time I left for work this morning.

I ordered 6 before I knew that the tickets that could be obtained through seatcupra.net was unlimited. I paid the £6 booking fee and immediately asked my mates if they wanted to come!

I called ticketmaster last Friday and they told me that the tickets hadn't been printed yet and to call back if I hadn't received them by the 1st Aug, I pointed out that us this was a Friday I wouldn't be happy waiting that long and then finding out there wasn't enough time for them to be issued but I didn't get a response.

Have ordered 4 tickets through seatcupra.net as I have some more people coming now! (well at least I have confidence in the seatcupra.net tickets actually arriving!)

I phoned Ticketmaster earlier. They told me there had been a problem with the tickets and they hadn't been printed. They told me to expect them before Thursday. If not I've got to phone them back

Not orderd any this time but I have had really bad experiences with TicketMaster in the past and I try to avoid using them when ever I can.

Worst was taking my missus to see Robbie Williams in Dublin (Sad I know) Tickets never arrived though they swore they'd sent them "Months ago" When I mentioned recorded delivery they mystriously could not trace them on there system. Had to pick them up from a dodgy shack on the day of the concert, which of course was surrounded by scroats trying to blag tickets. Got to the venue (PAid extra for Good seats) guess what a couple of people in our seats with what appeared to be genuin tickets. Funny when I pointed out that I had the same seat numbers they didn't argue and qucikly got up and dissapeared.

I do not want to slander a company on Line but draw your own conclusions.

To avoid exceeding the 6 ticket rule for £1 tickets I ordered 6 and GF ordered one.
Hers arrived yesterday morning, hoping mine will be there when i get home tonight.
Dont worry to much, when we went to the BTCC at rockingham the tickets did not arrive until the friday, I think they just send out late.
