i orederd 2 external stickers in chrome for my ibiza the other day, had a phone call off my nan to say i'd recieved a letter with 'thevinylstore.com' on it & was well chuffed thinking my stickers had came, thought what fast delievery it was. When i got there it was just a invoice with no stickers!!! which pissed me off as i live in Walsall & had them sent to my nans adress in Birmingham, so not only did a wasted journey but wasted my fuel too!!!:cry:
so... do the stickers come later??? or where they supose to be in there with the invoice???
i have emailed them to ask/say about them just waiting upon reply!

I have the same problem, ordered exactly 2 weeks ago today still not arrived they sent me an invoice no stickers also, says on their site we deliver within 5-7 days :( , so where is mine then? sent them an email through the contact us on their site, been 24 hours since then no reply, I think I may have wasted a whole £3.50, was so looking forward to putting it on! So pee'd off with them atm and the fact rangers lost to ...."them" in the cup final, cant win them all I guess.
i have emailed them to ask/say about them just waiting upon reply!

I tried contacting them about 2 weeks ago. Sent them 2 emails via their site and never heard back from them. No phone contact either. Ridiculous!
Are some of the staff of thevinylstore also SCN members? If so can we get names please, I want my stickers!
mine are supose to be here by the end of the week, they have kindly said they will send me some more for free but will haveto wait & see

yeah mate used that & had a reply straight away, but they where using a blackberry phone tho ???

Got mine today, it came with the invoice so the first letter I got had the invoice but no stickers..Odd.
