using standard ibiza cd changer on aftermarket radio

Does anybody know if it is possible to connect the standard ibiza cd changer with a sony radio. Will the fittings be correct, and can the radio recognize the cd changer? Anyone ever tried something like this, maybe on a other radio?

Never seen an adater to work that way round mate. You'd have to buy a new changer too.
