Panel filter problem.

Hi guys when my car was into you the other friday i had a green panel filter fitted , but noticed that when you come off power and the revs die there is a "thud" like the panel is lifting and dropping , i changed back to my standard filter and now is all fine , have you come across this before?

as the revs die you will be able to hear a thud , you might have to play it a couple of times , sorry for the quality was taken on my mobile.

We have never had this problem with a panel filter before, seems very odd !!
