Airbag problems

I have an airbag indicator on but can anyone help with info on where the sensor is, how it works and how the indicator is reset please?

I know go to the repair shop, but it's such a rip-off and I want to learn more about the car myself, are there any Haynes type manuals that are available for the petrol Alhambra?
