View Full Version : 034 Motorsport Density Line - MKIV Strut Mount Bushings
Tired of stock Mk4 Chassis strut bushings collapsing and deflecting? We have the solution for you.
We are VERY excited to be announcing the release of our 034Motorsport Track Density Strut mounts for the Mk4 VW
We've been testing these mounts for some time to ensure they are reliable and meet the criterion for the intended use - results so far are very exciting!
WHAT THEY ARE: A new line of rubber motor mounts made FOR us by OE suppliers to OUR specifications.
TRACKDENSITY Mounts are also solid rubber mounts, but with an 85 durometer approx 90% stiffer than stock, these are solid for all practical purposes and result in ZERO drivetrain movement. Vibrations from the engine are noticeably increased but not horrible. Definitely not smooth and quiet like stock mounts, but in return you get a completely locked down drivetrain with NO slop or deflection. These are perfect for the street/track enthusiast who doesn't mind a marked increase in vibration from the drivetrain.
NOTE, THIS IS NOT AN OEM MOUNT, AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM ANY OTHER SOURCE - These are built by an OE supplier to 034Motorsport specifications.
Mounts will fit all VW and Audi Mk4 Chassis cars such as the Jetta, Golf, TT and many european Seat and Skoda models as well.

Will you do a reduced price, on shipping, if a bulk load is shipped to one address (like the engine mount GB) then distrubuted from there?

I can fit 5 sets in a large USPS priority mail box. If we go to a custom box I am sure I can fit more but average about 10-11US shipping + the SCN price.
We use OEM VW bearings and supply those if the customers want.

Do I need the check that the bearing is the same shape as a Leon, to see if it will fit a mk4 ibiza?
Is this front suspension only? Ie. The price of $121.99 is for two bushes and two bearings?
Skahigh, yup this is front end only, just get OEM for the rear as there isn't much weight in the rear anyway and a little flex is good for the passive rear steering our cars have as standard
I know I'm slow but I've just realised the prices above are barely more than the OEM bushes.
I think I was £30 each for my top mount bushes, so yup, good deal all round as usual

Yup...it is a no brainer.
for once the MKIV R32 boys over in the US are using there brains for once :lol:
We have alot more density line products in the works (control arm etc for Junior Senior since he gets first dibs) as well as rear trailing arm etc.
Issam, for me the rear axle bushes are the ones i will be needing next. Probably for the winter would be good.
As soon as they are done you get first dibs !

i want a street density type ,issam make some , think it will sell much better than the track density . not everyone like the track density mounting on their daily car ..

Street Density is going to be too soft.The R32 guys love them if they love something....they REALLY love something.
Brandon, I will be getting these. If everyone wants to wait till I get moine and give you all my thoughts then fine but I would doubt very much that these will make your car feel very hard.
If these are harder than the suspension then the suspension will soak up all the bumps as these will be the weakest/softest point.

There will be minimal vibration mate.Not anything to shake the teeth off.

just been out on a car that got one of your track density mountin on .... it does give quite a bit of vibration out especially on the interior parts like seat belt covers , hand brake lever etc etc....
do u think u can produce some street density mounting ...

Street Density will be no different than the VWMS units.What durometer would you say you need? 70A?

Working on those now but dont expect for them to be released until 6 months after they are made.We need to test them vigorously like we are doing with the MKIII mounts right now.

Just be aware you'll get stung for approx 20 quid import tax - other than that, they make a HUGE difference to the handling - the front wheels stay perfectly in touch with the road ... with your other mods, these will be a lovely addition!

around 40 quid a pair....with bearings.
80 quid delivered without bearings for yours.
tbh i dont think they will suit road use here as much as track so as they sai "im out"

issam. can you work round import tax?
thinking of going koni str.t, and stiffening up a little with these mounts.
apparently knoi str.t is same as koni yellows on least stiffness, im thinking that these mounts will compensate for this??
do they affect the ride height, due to less compression?
