I have Just been quoted £140 (Husseys in Newbury) and £150 (Emmer Green - Reading) for a first service (10K)on my Leon Cupra.
Called MK SEAT 5 mins ago and was quoted £80.
Why?
Are my local dealers mistaken or taking the P#*&?
10k or annual inspection?
don't forget you get 10% off @ MK if you say you're a user of this site
Cheers
Mark
as Mark says, its dependent on age and mileage.
My first service from memory was 10k, but only 3 months old so it was about£90.Didnt use Husseys that time, but have done since as they were cheaper than the other dealers around my commute and gave me a courtsey car.....
....which reminds me, must book 50k service!
oh yes services there after varey from £140 ish to £200 and something

It is an MY 03 registered March 1st. It has done 8K already and I am off to Glasgow tomorrow and the service indicator is saying 1400 miles.
I am not too bothered about the cost of the service because I was expecting it to be just over £100, what does concern me is the variation of £70 between Reading and Milton Keynes.
I thought that SEAT UK would have a rigid pricing structure?
The cheaper price sounds like the oil change service, the more expensive one the full blown annual inspection.
yes agree with ed on this on. Were Elmer and Husseys aware its 6 months old?
