Debadging the MK5

I Have a MK5 Ibiza 5dr 1.4 sport. had it since september last year. ive had the back 3 windows dark tinted and had chrome numberplate surrounds on the car. aswell as stainless steel valves on the tyres. i then debadged it and my god how much better it looks the car looks wider on the back nice touch and it only costs you like pennies in electric. strongly recommend it.:D

I used a hair dryer mate. what u do is u hold the hair dryer fairly close to the letter so it heats up the glue behind it then u pull the letter off and heat up the glue behind it and rub it off thats how i did it and it hasnt made any marks on it whatsoever. looks good if i could put a picture up i would and i will when i can. try it mate if you dont like it you can glue it back on.

Hi there, ah i though you meant the badge in the front grille and the boot lid opener badge ! - but actually i might try what you suggest, if it makes the rear look wider then that would be excellent !
