Hi,
How you measured your 100 - 200 km/h times?
I would like to know, what you get.
Here are my times!
Seat Leon 20Vt + chip + costum exhaust
100 - 200 km/h = 17,4s ( measured in 4 and 5 gear).

Did really nobody measured the times?
Nope, never tried it and we work in mph over here anyway.
However a test in Evo magazine has the Cupra R from 60mph to 80mph as
in 3rd 4.4 seconds in 4th 5.0 seconds 5th 6.6 seconds and 6th 8.2 seconds

I have arround 8.5s from 60 - 100mph. Starting in 4th, finishing in 5th.

Bill did you ever measured yours? I mean not from 0-100, but from 100 - 200.

Thats not a figure I've done before no...
km's aint our unit of measure.

no idea of a figure for my ibiza, but my Vanquish does it in 9.6 secs through the gears (well 2nd and 3rd anyway!)

Ok then what's your time from 62 - 125mph :) :) :)
You also have km/h on your speedo. Do us a favour and try it. Oh and you must use only 5th gear.

Tried the Golf tonight as thats what I was in....
Got me interested....
5th gear was 13s 100-200Kmh
4th gear was 10s 100-200kmh
rough times via speedo and stopwatch

Thanks Bill, I got 22 in my beeza. 5th gear. I started from 80 and then at 100 I started measuring.
Damn it's fast. Is the Golf also with Jabba conversion like your beeza?
P.S: Would you switch your golf for my beeza :) :) :) I give you also winter tires :) :) :)

I started from 100kmh steady state and floored it on my test (rough as they were)
If I used other gears (my times were fixed gear) then the time would drop again. 3rd - 4th would do the job nicely I think and go sub 10sec for sure.
Golf runs IHI turbo also, but a hybrid one with more aggressive power delivery. Steel rods, large port head etc..... Higher spec than Ibiza engine is. Heavier car tho. I should point out that the Golf has a 6spd Quaife close ratio g'box.
Ibiza may get similar times tested when I get a moment. It should be the faster car.
I'll keep the cars tho if thats Ok with you ;) :)

someone should lock this post - I might get a heart attack.
I have some ideas from the help of my friend to get 16s from 100 - 200. I'll keep you posted.
