i am currently trying to doup a 98 1.4 yes 1.4 ibiza..
can any1 help me in telling me how you get the front grill off for meshing.
i have taken all the screws out of the top but cannott seem to see if there is any more i need to take out..
yes i know im a twat posting this but can any1 help??

there is some plastic indent clips underneath, if you have a flat head screwdriver, wrap a thin cloth on it so that you dont damage paint and ease each clip up and then at each side under the indocators theres a nut which needs to be slackened doe the ends to come off, when youve done that, a sharp stanley knife and a bit of time will have the rest done.

got the grill done it actually wasnt as hard as i thought..
once i got the 2 screws out of the side..
had to replace the screws though as they were plastic and had no thread on them when i got them off.
yhats the car ready for the old sunday nite cruise in bangor..
haha.

cos if it is i used to live beside him..
thats why i wanted the ibiza..
like his 1..
heres a pic of my car at the mo.
but i have eye brows, h+r springs and am gettin m3 mirrors this week..

also meshed the grill today and am meshing below the grill at the mo..

my old ibiza had those black bump strips up the side, though i couldnt take mine off cause the black was on the bumpers too, are you thinking of taking them off and go for a cleaner look?

was thinkin of taking them off but am not sure wether the paint will be slightly off colour..
got the f1 style front bumper(needs sprayed n fitted though)a back box n the m3s fitted is lookin the part..also got one of those ecu chips but am not sure wot to make of them..
will get a photo off to u aswell show u how its goin...

ed thats one from ebay i think, the psg one is 130 plus delivery.
Tel, one sunday a month, always the last one, this months one is on the 28th.

front bumper is back on ebay for sale.. £130....not really happy bout it......
have changed my mind about fiting the bumper nothing wrong with the bumper.. (paint sprayer talked me outta it... so if you know any 1. its for sale.
am currently in the market for a cupra in and around christmas time as im sick of the raw power of my 1.4... (if i can get the rite insurance)
we are talkin norn iron here....
