I have just bought a second hand Mk2 Leon Cupra and it has an ipod connector cable in the glove box. I was told by the dealer the aux socket in the centre console has now been disconnected because the ipod cable replaces it.
Can I have a cd changer aswell as the ipod cable? I am unsure as when you select aux mode the instruction book says it works in cd changer mode and when I connected ipod today the HU went through checking all 6 discs before it would play the ipod. The HU is the standard MP3 one.
The reason I ask is that I have a sony 6 disc MP3 changer and an adapter box I was going to install so I could have 7 MP3 discs in total.
