Where do you people with mods go for insurance? I've got alloys and Momo steering wheel, which my insurer is OK with, but when I asked about a Tuning Box to give the TDi 90 a bit more welly, they said they wouldn't be able to cover.
I have had modded cars for a while and I have split my insurance between Adrian Flux and CIA Insurance....they will give you a quote on your car and your mods so it is tailored for you.
I have a modded Golf that has 10K worth of mods and it is currently insured by Brentacre Insurance who are a Club GTI approved insurer.....I have also insured the Ibiza Cupra with them as well...not only are the competative they are bloody helpful as well!

I got a tuning box for my leon 110 TDI, and got a quote from adrian flux - www.adrianflux.co.uk and got quoted the same price as as i was already paying without the box.
I haven't fitted the box yet as i have to wait untill april when my current insurance runs out.

Thanks guys. Looks like I'll have to wait until November though. I've only just renewed.
