I pick up my ibiza last week and had the tom tom option added, i have bought the cradle but not sure what version tomtom i need!!!
Anyone know?

Probably a V3. Look a the cradle - if the metal conector is off-set to one side, it is the V3. If directly central, then it should fit a more recent V4 model. If in doubt, take it along to the shop & try it out with different models!
