It seems the majority of people who encounter login problems are using IE6, If you are encountering problems while using IE6 you may wanna give this a try...

1)Clear your cookies
2)Click - Tools > Internet Options > "Privacy" > Then hit the edit button.
3)Into the box type http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/ then hit the allow button
4)Now visit the forums using http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/ login using the bottom right hand box and click the button, don't hit enter.
5)Close IE

Next time you visit the forums you should be ready to roll (providing you didnt logout)

You may also encounter problems whilst using Windows XP Personal Firewall.

Solution? Dont use it ;)

If any of the above fail to help and you are still having login problems please let me know and ill take a look over your settings.

Hope this helps folks.

Im still having problems with this despite following the instructions. Just on my home PC .It worked fine on the old board. At the mo it asks me to login everytime I do a search or reply to posts. Also, can someone explain if I need to clear the cache and how to do this ? I have broadband and XP.
