I know this has probably been gone over so many times before but i just wondered:

The guys that have bought their cars from new....if you want to tune it say engine mods etc... how are you going about it?

Is it safe to say if i wanted to go with one of the Jabbasport stages i'm best to leave it until the car is out of warranty?

i assume the best option would be to get it REVO'd and then when it's out of Warranty then maybe look at more insane power mods?

please feel free to ignore my ramblings.

depends on if you feel that you would want to claim for a new engine?

Do you think you'll have your car in 3 yrs time & then want to spend £XXX(?X) on it?

A few engine mods ie revo, dump valve and induction kits are so quick to remove that yo could have it back to standard in an hour.
Seat also say that it has to be that atfer market part which caused the prob for them to refuse warranty work.
Spose it comes down to "do you wanna drive a car with MUCH better performance".......know what id do!!!

I know a dealer that is not bothered if the car is tuned/untuned re. warranty (not saying it is my local dealer though;)

Have you ever sounded out your local dealer on the sly to gauge their thoughts.

I might see what they think - on the sly of course
