Sorry for the delay replying to posts et all lately...

We have opened up a new mail order warehouse and had some probs with the computers between the two offices so i havent had chance to visit the forums or check my email lately, however our mail order turn around times have greatly improved :)

Thanks for keeping us updated Ade.

As Jim was explaining to me last week, the new storage space, will allow you to deliver orders far quicker and carry stock on lots of items usually that would of had to come direct from distributors/manufacturers, who as we know are sometimes a bit slack on delivery dates :p
