Wow, if I get this right not all the changer can be connected to Ibiza's serial CD changer cable.
Please if so list some of the models that are compatibile with Ibiza Cupra.
Thanks
Dave
I think that Panasonic make one, i'll try and find the part number.
Dave, whereabouts in Slovenia are you from?
Panasonic CXDP9061
Check whether you have the lead in the boot first tho?
see http://www.caraudiodirect.com and search for SEAT for a picture

I'm acualy from Domzale, 15km from major city Ljubljana. If you imagine where Slovenia is.
Well if you don't it's south from our neighbour Austria.

An alpine 620 changer will work with a convertor. But your looking at £250 for the changer and convertor....
Pete
UK dealers should sell you the changer/bracket/bolts etc , for £200+vat if it helps
look out , soon to finished a nice little pic fitting guide for ibiza + leon/toledo , just gotta get the camera back and finish it up

Is the CD changer cable in all ibiza cupra's? I have heard talk of the cable having been fitted in the factory, but is this the case? If so where abouts in the boot am I likely to find it?
Also I have a pioneer changer, will this fit with the cable or will I need an adaptor to make it work?
Cheers all....
ER sorry wrong url should no be right just edited it .The lead is in boot on the left handside behind the side carpet just feel for it and pull it through the round removable circles.
I think it is only in 1999 ibizas onwards.dont know about the pioneer but give autoleads a ring or visit there web site.
the three circles cover the mounting holes for the std bracket , if you follow along to the rear there is a cross cut out for the cable :)
as for adaptor , as far as i have seen if it is not a standard unit a converter is required , but only time will tell
