mfd3 in to fr

hi guys

we just got a a leon fr but with basic radio and blue tooth phone

i really fancy the mfd3 but all things i read seem to say things wont work after like clock and blue tooth any ideas??

i take it also that theres add ons needed for tv and ipod etc??

any help would be great
