Right then, Old skool time.

New pug has a cracking pair of twin 45 webers, with Trumpet socks on. I heard on the grapevine, that these are quite restrictive. Id love an opinion whether or not this is baloney or is their some truth in it. If there is, what alternative options are available.

I ran my polo with no filters for about a year no issues! ha

Opted for a Pipercross Filter, apparently wont collapse under load and allow more air in.

no filters are you mad surely you'd have to clean out the float chambers everyweek

I've Jenvey ITB's and I do not use any filter, filter gets 2whp

:no: In the past, the only reason we started running filters on 45s and the like was noise regulations.......

I've Jenvey ITB's and I do not use any filter, filter gets 2whp

and over a few miles, injested dust from no filters will loose you a lot more power and cost you a rebuild too
