Revo'd Octavia TDI?? what sort of power??

Hi all

my Boss at work is testing out a Octavia TDI for a while..

as standard it puts out 300lbft

what sort of power is to be expected if he got this chipped?

went out in it this lunch time and i have to say it is very quick between gears, like i was being pushed back in the seat!!

was impressed by the Octavia RS and still very impressed with this model Octavia "Elegance"

You mean 300NM Tony. Unless it's chipped.

That's 220FT/LB assuming it's the 130TDi Elegance.

so with the chip how much would it be putting out then?

Depending on who maps it, if it's a good engine etc....

BHP anywhere from 180-200 has been seen
TORQUE anywhere from 280-305 FT/LB's
