Hi,

Has anyone on here looked into the possibility of this product in an Ibiza application? This manifold, a T3 turbocharger, larger S3 injectors and improved cooling (FMIC?)? make sense? Seems reasonably 'bolt on'.

T3 will be laggy. GT25 or 28 is current tech roller bearing ones.

Bolt on manifold yea. Downpipe? Elbow? Delta Racegate.
Mapping?

Worth asking to check whether this fits a RHD car.

You considering doing a DIY upgrade?

Just something a friend mentioned to me. I'm mates with Mark at www.fiestaprojects.com (homebrew ford zetec turbo) and he's just bought a Audi A4 1.8T which he's playing with in his spare time now the fiesta stuff has reached a point. I imagine there's technical issues to overcome, just wondered if anyone has ever used this manifold on an Ibiza. If I did this myself I would be doing a lot of reading beforehand, just wondered.

I can imagine the T3 might be laggy compared to more recent innovations. Didn't they use this range on the old ford RS's!?

Andrew.

Interestingly... no washer bottle.. and a v.large cone filter there. Maybe the MAF is hidden out of shot?
