After reading various threads about plugs, is it worth fitting a set of colder plugs in a stage 1 blufine equipped 2.0TFSi Cupra ? the only other mod is a green panel filter.

Thanks
Steve

No you will be fine on Standard OEM plugs. They are very good plugs as standard.

quick question, mk2 leon cupra stage 2+ been running rich for a couple of months as it needs an intake which will be going on soon, ive been running some of your ngk iridiums, will these be nackered by now with regards to the engine running rich and need some nice new ones in when intake and intercooler gets fitted. they've only been on the car themselfs about 6 months.

Thanks Rob.

Without inspecting the plugs ourselves it would be hard to comment.
The ECU type on these cars run what is called closed loop fuelling (wideband AFR probe used continually).
Is your Revo Fuel setting a very low number? as it is unlikely that you have been excessively running rich otherwise.

I think the overfueling is down to the fact i have no uprated intake but fuel setting on stage 2+ is as low as it will go 9. when i had it on the dyno it was set at 6 but seeing the results i adjusted it until i can get an intake. the plugs have been in for 6 months but only on stage 2+ for about 2 months. anyway ill get them looked at and order some if required.

Thanks Rob.

I see, Just to clarify on the Revo fuel setting... 0 is the richest (most fuel) requested AFR and 9 is the leanest (least ammount of fuel) requested AFR.

Kind regards
