Guys and Gals.
Thought I'd just let you all know that I will be leaving Stoneacre Milton Keynes within the next couple of days.
All I want to say to you all is many many thanks for all your help and great support for this Dealership over the last 20 months. As an organisation you are all second to none and you do the SEAT brand proud.
To all those that have helped with the rally car etc again thanks,we couldn't have done it all without you.
I've made some bloody good friends on here especially people like Mork, coops, zboyd, dor, andyb etc.The list is endless and I consider you all true friends and am privelidged to have had dealings with you.
I will be on the forum from time to time but in no kind of official SEAT capacity (which means if you knock me,you get the truth back in any reply lol).
Lastly, thanks again one and all.Keep this site the foremost SEAT site and all the very best to you all for the future.
Chris Dickens (aka rally-man)

All the best Chris, it was a pleasure to do business with you, just a shame other SEAT dealers can't be the same.

Good luck where ever you find yourself, and yes you have to keep on popping in here :)

Good luck to whatever you do in the future Chris and thanks for all your help in the past.

I need to find a new dedicated Seat Dealership near me now, otherwise I will have to go back to Marshalls in Bedford - yuck !

Thanks guys.I will keep you posted as to where I end up,I already have a couple of offers on the table but I'll take my time as to deciding what to do.
I hear that there may be a new dealer in Northampton soon (nearly built) and it may not be who you think running it!!!!!;)

Christ, another one bites the dust.

I'm so sorry to hear you're leaving mate...I can't believe so many of the great staff that MK had are now gone (Roy, Ross, you soon...who next!)

I have to thank you for all the time you've actually given me in the past. Noone else would've ever put up with the requests I have asked for or even taken the time to reply. Thank you!

Let us know how you get on and where you end up.

Also...the last comment. Can you elaborate on that? Who will run it? It sounded like a glimmer of hope from here! :)

Take it easy mate!

The Stoneacre exodus continues...

I seriously hope Northampton isn't run by them. They seem to have well and truly f***ed over MK, so i dread to think what it will be like if they run it.

Hi mate

Sorry for not keeping in touch lately. Glad to hear that you made the big decision. Let me wish you all the best in whatever decision you make. It was solely yourself who stopped me from walking from the chance of meeting new friends (even if you were one of them ;-) ) and owning a seriously fast and very bright car. Its a great shame that such a good team has been split up by what can only be a mistake on behalf of SEAT UK. As someone pointed out elsewhere its ironic that the "premier" site has becime a second hand car lot. I need to remain unbiased in saying this but its become harder to see the seat monicker from the dual carriageway outside northfield for all the quality used multibrand vehicles.

Anyway my good friend move on move up and never look back. Lifes a journey and not a destination.
Personally I wish youd join a Nissan dealer so I can order my 350Z from you in 2 years.

Cheers for all the fun mate ive thoroughly enjoyed doing business with you....and if I be honest finding a really good friend as well.......now get the pints in mate its definitlry your round, I bought the whiskey last time.

Sad news, but keep in touch. Onwards and upwards I say.

Great memories of pushing concrete blocks round rally stages at maximum velocity :D :D

Cheers Mate

Dor.
