Hi Damian, I have been looking into arb for my 2007 fr tdi which has factory xenons.
H&R list 2 types one specifically for xenons and you list eibach which are cheaper but non specific.
My question is what is the difference? Do eibachs fit differently to H&R, if not the why xenon specific, does it have anything to do with the AFS? ( headlamps that turn when cornering)

Many thanks, John

Hi John,

The Eibach's are slightly different and that's why they don't make specific bars for cars with or without Xenons.

Hope this helps.

So which would you recommend? the xenon specific are 2mm thinner than the other H&R, and the eibach 1mm thicker than xenon H&R? I am unsure of the standard thickness on a fr tdi 170:shrug:

Thanks

The 28mm front and 24mm rear H&R bars will also fit your car, it's just that the 26mm front and 22mm rear H&R bars only fit cars with the Xenon's.

The Whiteline's are also a good choice with them both being adjustable.
