Did SEAT lay the Cellular Wiring Harness in a Year 2000 Toledo 1.6.?

Cause I can't find it below the handbrake lever. can anyone confirm.?

I think that might be market specific. In Portugal the pre-instalation for cell phone is optional.

I have wired the mic into interior lamp housing.
I understand cell phone option would mean having a RJ45 jack in the center armrest.
