ground clearance leon r etc

anyone have any ground clearance problems with their cars, i have a v5 with a mattig front (not very low imo)no where near as low as my old beeza ( <1" off ground) however speed bumps and multistories are now a nogo i was well shocked when it scraped away (unlowered) checked a local lcr and its lower at the front than mine although mine sticks out further.

anyone else get these problems ! leaving a nice trail of blue paint wherever i go at the moment!.

I have a LCR and have similar probs if I do multistories I drive as slow as possible and it usually works.

I've checked quite a few sites offering Al sump guards, but haven't found much. The best I could find is located in the US. I pretty expensive, but I would still get it if I didn't have to pay a fortune for duties.

The LCr's does catch quite a bit, and if your's sticks out further it will be worse I would imagine.

It might just be that the V5 and TDI are bigger, so they have to sit a bit lower.
