Can someone tell me what the torque settings are for the ARP bolts that come with the IE rods for 1.8T ?

Hi,
When you say 50lb/ft 3 times per rod, is that tighten to 50lb/ft then slacken off and retighten 2 more times, or just recheck the final torque 2 more times after initial tighten?

Tighten to 50, loosen off, tighten to 50 again, loosen off then one final tighten to 50lb/ft.
