the actual website has been done for over a year but the page was not to my liking

Just having a little delay with the paypal integration.Got to wait until Monday for that but other than that the back end is looking pretty freaking sweet!
As for the RHD kits....should have something very shortly.Manifolds arrived on Tuesday to be flow benched to see how they stack up against the OEM units.
From there it goes on the engine dyno for testing then we do a formal introduction.

Not its not? You were only able to access it because I posted a link to it?
http://www.inaengineering.com/ doesn't exactly go to the same thing does it!?! You can access all my websites I'm currently building on the internet via the correct link, doesn't mean its live

Ah fair enough, hadn't actually been to the base url.
Though I have to say, if you have a site that is publicly accessible online and is responding on the intended live domain name I would class that as live. Just my opinion though.
Anyway, nice looking site, hurry up and get it live. :)

so is the site going to be active soon? i cant wait to have a look around it :D
are we up and running yet?
The back end is up and running. The web guys are implementing a safe system and making adjustments to the way I do things, i.e. paypal secure payments etc etc.
This is a comic thread if ever there was one.
Read your first post, Issam - you said it was due to go live 1st Jan.
Maybe you should wait until you've got stuff ready before you start shouting about it?

Like the turbo kit.....
Personally if I was to deliver a product I would announce it only when it's ready as you are only setting yourself up for a fall for unseen delays.....and the customer is then still waiting....
Web site, turbo kit, K04 manifold, etc. etc. It just all comes across as total bollocks.
There's a common theme from INA

Perhaps bollocks is a little harsh. Stuff under development and INA is letting the customer know, but still if I was to tell the customer then only when I can be 100% certain the product is only a week away from release....not X amount of months or no definite end date set in the customers expectations
Frustrating but I am sure the quality will be worth the wait having seen recent INA products on Rob car
OK, bullsh*t, rather than bollocks - but it's just a word ;)
Having seen some of the INA products, I don't think the quality is the issue, it's the marketing bullsh*t that will p*ss a lot of people off and make them go elsewhere - INA isn't the only supplier.

Tidy, like it!

Everyone has an opinion....love it.

So if quality is not the issue then what is the problem? Were you just bored when you decided to post?
We are not begging anyone for business and having a website live or not certainly has not hindered or stopped our business from growing over 400% from 2009.
I still answer every single one of my emails within 3 hours of recieving them (if I am up) and I still take care of every single one of my customers without giving them the finger like other companies.
K04 / Big turbo kit is in testing - again if you do not like it then you do not have to buy it but to come into my thread and call it comical as well as bullshit is a bit much IMHO. Id rather you keep opinions like that to yourself because I have enough on mind to create a slot that now caters to you.
Please in the future be a little more careful with what you post.
So if quality is not the issue then what is the problem? Were you just bored when you decided to post?
By way of example, you've given a date for the web site and the K04 manifold and not delivered on either of them. There's nothing wrong with getting opinion on something, which is why forums work so well, because it's public, but surely you realise that people get annoyed when dates are given and then nothing materialises.
We are not begging anyone for business and having a website live or not certainly has not hindered or stopped our business from growing over 400% from 2009.
It's always good to hear of any business doing well, but you're missing the point - you've published a date and not delivered on it. People buy from web sites and don't always want to inter-act with someone via e-mail.
I still answer every single one of my emails within 3 hours of recieving them (if I am up) and I still take care of every single one of my customers without giving them the finger like other companies.
I don't doubt that you do.

You're missing the point Issam - I didn't call the thread comical - you need to read the questions - live on date A, then date B, then date C etc. It's a classical marketing error.
If I have an issue in a direct commercial dealing with a business, I will always resolve that offline, not openly discuss it on a forum.
Please don't ask me to be careful about what I post or to keep opinions to myself - this is a forum - it's a public place where people are allowed to express their views.
If you don't like criticism, then sorry - that's the way it is.
People buy from web sites and don't always want to inter-act with someone via e-mail
I strongly disagree but that is just me. In Europe most shops have just a flat banner page with there contact information.
I have a personal relationship with each one of my customers and they all love it.
Thanks for the criticism though
ROme was not built in a day.
You should work in politics, Issam - your ability to answer one comment with another one is amzing.
So what is the new date for the web site being live?
Harsh posting from a member there :thumbd:i too would like to see what issam has to offer i know of other tuning companies that take a while to get websites up an runing at the end of the day whats the problem if you need an answere from issam just ask and you recive one im looking forward to see what issam will be offering on his site because i know the quality and price of the products will be excellent! Hope fully the site will be completed soon but if not ive got fingers and aint affraid to ask:yes:
Mook you've got 55 posts and you're having a go at a guy who's been in the industry for many years. Setting up a worldwide online business from scratch doesn't happen overnight.
What on earth has the number of posts someone has made on the forum got to do with it?
If people think that my saying that this thread is comical is offensive, then I'm sorry.
This has nothing to do with setting up an online business from scratch. This has to do with saying when something will be available and consistently not delivering on it, as I've previously mentioned in this thread. I think it's great that Issam polls for opinion on his site design, but he's given a launch date of 1st Jan, then another, etc, etc.
Issam accepts that he doesn't need a web presence for his business to do well and he's accepted the criticism (see his post above), so that's fair game, as far as I'm concerned.
Many suppliers have been badly burned by shouting about stuff before it's launched, me included (in a different industry) - we lost a lot of revenue because of it.
Specific to the VAG industry, it's not just Issam that gets flack - JBS have been openly criticised for not delivering their K03 manifold when they said they would, then the K04. It's now common knowledge that there's a problem with the foundry w.r.t. the K04 manifold, because JBS aren't the only people affected - Backdraft are as well.
Moving on.
When's the web site live, Issam? :)

If thats how you feel then its obvious what you need to do, take your business elsewhere. Its not as if hes taken money from you and your still waiting 3 months later.

Thats great for them!
Every part I ever developed was used with money from the "profit" bin. I have pretty much made good on almost every single product that I ever brought to the community.
I am not a bad guy so in all fairness maybe I should join politics.
...as for the website going live. The momentum and excitement that was created is dead now so I will launch it whenever I am ready.
I see posts all the time about "ye my cousin could build you a website in a week". You know how many cousins and friends I had before I got this firm? 8.... imagine going through the same process 8 times. There is a certain way I want my website and there is a certain way I will get it.
