Right lads,
Garage says the pipe between the radiator and the auxillary (sorry cant spell ) fan is well bent out of shape, the relay switch for the fan is buggered as well, hence the fan was always on, havent had a proper quote yet as they wanted to take the bumper off to have a proper look, and didnt have time
Not sure on the mechanics of the thing but Iam sure I would be able to get these bits from a breaker/salvage yard.
Oh well, decided to get all my mods done at the same time when I get the car repaired, so roll on twin headlight conversion......
