Just a thought...
It seems all the general car stuff (i.e Top Gear topics) are posted in the "off topic" forum, which states that it's for non car stuff...so maybe a general car forum is a good idea?

We've already got one mate -
VW Audi Brand & General Motoring Discussion, then go into Cars non SEAT or VW.
Thats getting into more brand specific stuff though.
If you had a topic about cameras or something, what would you stick it in?
It's not SEAT related really - so I'd say off topic
but then we purge SYW & for sale forums for aged threads at 30 & 45 days respectivly
trouble is - I think we have too many forums at the moment - but it's pretty broad.

agreed, if its VAG then its got its own forum. If not then you have a NON VAG and SYW forums.
I'm only suggesting it because the wording underneath "General Off Topic Chat" is:
To be used for non car related subjects of a general nature.
I'm not picking at the forum but when I want to post something general and car related I think I'm posting in the wrong place.
