Just thought id pop this in here, as its been mentioned a few times and nobody seems entirely sure who manufactures Halfords own brand oils.

It turns out that Comma produces the Halfords own brand stuff.

To be fair, I always found the fully syth stuff as good as Castrol when I worked for Halfords (though that was like 7 years ago) I know they sell some tat these days, but the parts dept was always pretty decent with its suppliers.

I use Halfords semi for my other halfs Almera, my V5 Tolly and my 600 bike, never had any issues with any of them. Last time I bought ten litres they were giving away a set of screwdrivers, so I got two sets for free!
