How's it like the speed humps?!
I see you've co-ordinated your garage door with your calipers, nice touch!

Looking good :)
That doesn't look like the standard chrome tailpipe....
It is the standard exhaust....for now ;)
Looks really good.
I am considering one of these for the wife but was put off by the suspension.
What did you put on yours and how much did it cost?
yep agreed... looks luuurrrvely! :D
shame its a five door now  :p
Looks stunning. Had a good close up look at one in the print works in manc at weekend. Yellow one, did look very nice inside and out. Id be very tempted to get one but its the old image thing that puts me off. I know they have have come a VERY long way, but you still get people sniggering at the badge avec the skoda jokes! :(

Mike, what are you driving 'these days' then?
are you sat down?
ok.....
a 1.2 Vauxhall corsa SXI!!!! ONLY TEMP!!!!!!! Work have hired it out for me for 3 weeks till i find my perfect Golf GTTDi. I was using ma mums 1.4 ibiza but she needed it far too much. Dont flame me, but the corsa feels far better than ma mums 1.4 ibiza!!

Do you have a death wish posting such sacrilidge on this site!!?? ;)
Is it a Mk4 1.4 Ibiza?
I pity you with that corsa, i really do....
mums is a MK3 ibiza 1.4....so under-powered, uncomfy seats, huuuuuge steering wheel, orrid gear box and soggy suspension. Having the *cough, corsa cough* is a step up tho! Its comfy, handles better, steering is a little too light for me tho, and the interior is a lot better than the 1.4 ibiza, plus the corsa has a cd player. It seems to go loads faster too and its only a 1.2!!! I just cant wait to get rid of both of um for something that im used to (more "AVE IT" car!!!) But i shouldnt complain really coz im thankfull ive got some kinda wheels while i search for ma next motor. Plus im saving a shed load on petrol! :p

I fitted Koni adjustable dampers and Eibach springs. Handling is transformed now what it really should have been.
The kit would also be suitable for the 130 PD Ibiza.
We are putting a price together for the kit right now.

Good colour, i take it those are the 17" version ?
mmm....and that is one heck of a lot of torque (does the gearbox know about it yet ;) )
Saw one in black at the Scottish Motor Show this week, and was very impressed with the vRS, but the seats do look as if they are going to be a nightmare to keep clean.
Lurverly looking car

It 'did' have SEAT Sport on it until I attacked it with a hair dryer :)
Its a Ibiza 130 TDi strut brace bought from Stonacre SEAT (my old workplace) as the Fabia vRS is identical under the bonnet it fitted perfectly.
you keep refering it as a Vrs, i was led to believe that its just rs,
what you think is the V is just the accent above the s in skoda.
or am i way off, personally i prefer rs as apposed to vrs:cheers:

didnt want people to get confused with a ford :)
but with V at the begining it reminds me of a saxo:D

think they just need a new name all together then :)
It is the Fabia RS in Europe
As Ford own the rights to the RS logo it is the vRS in Britian. Just the same as the Octavia.

just looked on the german site. they have it marked down as RS. but the badges still have the V on them.
Would it make you happier if I just called it a RS then?
Seems to be bugging you just a bit.
The wheels are 17" SEAT alloys, same as Leon R just one inch smaller, will probably be the rims fitted to the Ibiza R when its eventually launched.

i'm quite happy calling it whatever you want mate its your car.

I used to work at Stoneacre SEAT in Milton Keynes.
They are available. Listed on ETKA are 17" and 18" wheels of the same design for the Leon R.
Martyn had a set hanging about that I offered him a little bit of cash for and he did me a sweet deal.

Tthe 17" are the European standard size on the LCR, as the Brembos are an option. So you did very well for the UK dealer to get them for you.
