Hi,

I was wondering if you could give me some information on the Sachs Performance Clutch Kit & Jabba Flywheel (6SPD 02M PD TDI) that you offer?

Is the flywheel dual or single mass?
Whats are the clutch characteristics compared to OEM?
How much lbft do you rate this setup to?

Also if I was to purchase this product from you could you give me a price breakdown, including fitting?

Thanks

Hi.

The flywheels is a lightened and balanced single mass flywheel.
The clutch feel is very much OEM, ever so slightly heavier clutch pedal, but not snatchy or anything, still nice to use in traffic...
We rate this clutch at 380ft.lb although we have personally ran this to around 400ft.lb successfully.

Here's the price breakdown.
JabbaSport Single Mass Flywheel - £301.41
OEM VW Release Bearing / Slave Cylinder - £41.99
Sachs Performance Friction Plate - £304.47
Sachs Performance Pressure Plate - £326.95
Clutch Cover Bolts (X6) - £2.46
Flywheel Bolts - £14.10

Which is a total of £991.38 inc VAT. We actually round this to a figure of £990 for the kit.

Fitting is then simply 4 hours labour, charged at £52ph = £208 inc VAT.

Total supplied and fitted £1198 inc VAT.

Thanks
Kev
