All I will say on the Ibiza fuel pump is don't rely on 4bar FPR and marginal duty cycle. The Ibiza pump will likely 'sag' its delivery pressure. Get appropriate sized injectors that can supply enough fuel at 3.0 - 3.5bar max. My opinion only having experienced the issues when this goes tits up.
Fuel pump in mine is S3, but it was not plug and play. It took some magic and patience from Mike T
If you're going to ask next what sized injectors?... I can't tell you as I don't know. It has taken time and development for Jabba to sort their kit with suitably matched components.
REVO are your best bet for info, based on their turbo kit bolt on work...

It does'nt just fit into an Ibiza.
Mike made the S3 internals fit into the Ibiza's pump housing... and cursed it as a job..
I have no other details tho

i bet he hated that. i had to do a similar thing with my polo when i did my engine conny...it was tricky, and those sender units that are all part of the pump assy are really fragile!
