Got ahold of one of those manaul books, you know the ones from Halfords, Haynes I think.
Was wanting instructions to get bumper off so I could survey the damage caused by Basil Brush, it says you have to remove the grill, eh ? Is that true ?

Scotty you would probally know about this .

On the plus side - Sony Active black cd player arrived yesterday, fitted and looks the dogs bollocks.

ovv, i had to take mine off to repair a small crack, it comes off with a torxscrewdriver in 30 secs, three screws across top (bit that is bare when you lift the bonnet) and a couple of lever tabs under the grill, you can see them when take the top three off as the grill then begins to be able to move.
easy peasy job that!:cheers:
