Oettinger "210" conversion Actual Results on Power Station Rollers
Well documented on othe various links, and soon to be compared with everyone elses on the 19th... but here's my "210" Oettinger/RSD results, such as they are.
Make of them what you will.
Dyno #1: Standard Amethyst Ibiza vs my 210 at Power station on the same session as comparison.

Dyno #2: My 210 Ibiza back at Power Station after an adjustment was made by RSD to the wastegate after Dyno #1 results.
http://www.badger5.demon.co.uk/bin/vx51hkk-dynoplot2-halfsize.jpg
The car drove smoother and much better boost control and delivery after the wastegate adjustment by RSD. The power (at wheels) and torque remained identical however to Dyno #1.
Dyno #3: My 210 in real world driving datalogging block #120 with vag-com (available from www.ross-tech.com), which a direct torque output reading against rpm, from the cars own ecu. Very similar and comparitive results to the Dyno's done on the rolling road. 4 repeat runs.
http://www.badger5.demon.co.uk/bin/dynoplot-vagcom2.xls
Same as Dyno #3 but with boost plotted also.
http://www.badger5.demon.co.uk/bin/dynoplot-vagcom3.xls
Power measured to date by the above 3 dyno runs, is around 190bhp and 211lb/ft torque.
Cars engine spec: 2001 Ibiza 20VT, Oettinger(RSD) Chip, Intake pipe, Miltek exhaust, Forge DV.
Well there you go.
