Hello, when I had my stage 2 map done last month I asked if you could map the lambda out so it didn't bring the EML on for excess flow and was told this was not a problem......also when I bought the car in I double checked you were going to do this and the lady wrote it down and took it to the RR room.

Last week my light came on that should have been mapped out? [not to say its dead, nothing wrong with sensor]

Can you please advise me what I can do without having to drive another 3hrs to Peterbrough? :)

Also suffering from the same problem, I sent an email to you, but no response.

Had mine mapped 2nd nov 09, asked before I came in about mapping the lamda out with the heindsight of fitting a De-cat, when i went in, I told the lady at the desk, and afterwards i confirmed with the tech who Mapped my car that the second lamda was mapped out.

Fitted a De-Cat two weeks ago and a now have the fault "catalyst performance too low bank 1" erased it three times and keeps on returning after a few days.

Also 3hr drive from mine to peterborough....

If there is a coding I can perform on the works vas machine that would be handy to be told?

Hi Guys,

Can you both PM me your registration numbers so i can check the software that was created for your vehicles.

It's obviously difficult to check the de-cat software at the time because as you say it was a month before the light came on.

Drop me your registrations, i'll look into the issue and get back to you..

Thanks
Kevin

I'm about 50min from Norwich but I do go there quite a bit to hospital, its my misses who lives near Beccles.

Getting to Norwich is no problem, its a hell of a lot closer than peterbrough! :cartman:

A big thank you to kev from jabba today! He came to meet me in adam in norwich to sort out the issue and edited the map for us both, only took about an hour to do both our cars.

Hi Dan,

When was it you had your car mapped?

It's only me here that can perform such modifications, i may have been away at that time..

Thanks

Ahh right, well the software for de-cat fault removal was only developed recently..

This can be done as an upgrade next time we see you though :)
