Good one guys! I really like how the tuning & modification section where merged into 1 big one, internally divided by type of mod.

Don't know about most, but I sometimes found it difficult to decide between the tuning & modification section....

congratulations - you're the first to have spotted that (and say something)

I did it on Friday late afternoon as well.

ideally I might close the modifications area to forcibly encourage people to go into the more specific areas. but I want to do it so it doesn't delete the previous 2.5yrs info

I did notice too - what about moving the Revo forum into here too?

Both REVO & Awesome are regular contributors, and advertisers to the site, the reason we gave them their own areas is so they are easily accessible and noticible, and they can also use it to answer questions, without searching every forum area.

Of course this service is open to other companies too if they want to advertise. It all helps keep the site alive.

True, was just thinking along the lines of the Jabba stuff which has been chucked in there.

kinda careless then?

I / other admin/mods can move stuff that is explicitly irrelevant, but as you can imagine, even the revo 'file' is 10months old or so & that's a lot of stuff to read & review before moving it.

Yep as the IHI conversions have created a lot of interest, it was felt a dedicated area for discussion could be added.

But Jabba dont advertise with us, so it would be unfair to those contributers that do if we extended them the same service. for free.

Only reason we've done it, is to make it simpler to discuss the IHI conversions.

No, not careless, just making a suggestion and I can see the reason for not doing it. But, at the same time since all the changing was happening and mods and tuning stuff was being merged kinda together, I can see a case for the Revo and Awesome stuff to be moved too.

Mark (both of you I suppose), it's a bit of a balancing act trying to keep it organised and keeping everyone happy but since this is a suggestions bit I thought I'd do a bit. Don't take it the wrong way. It's nice to get feedback and to get some response to suggestions.:)

Not taken the wrong way at all Ed, i am simply explaining why we havn't moved these, they are key contributors and as such we gave them a more visual profile.

Not biased, offer is open to all those companies that wish to contribute to the sites present and future, im sure its apparent too that it aids their business, im sure other companies could benefit in similar ways.

Some dont need to, their growth is sustainable enough, and they are doing good business anyway.

But we need to think about, financing the site, and keeping it going for all :)

Is it worth changing 'Modifications' to 'Modifications and Tuning' and underneath listing engine, brakes, suspension, interior/exterior styling?
