Hi Guy's

We are just about to buy a TT roadster and have got as far as the deposit stage, the car has covered 46k and is a 2003 model and hasn't had the cambelt change so i'd need to get this done as soon as possible assuming we like the car when we see it. Is it possible to squeeze it in within the next 3 weeks should we go ahead with it ? it'll be the belt & pump + a general heath check... and then you'll have the leon and TT to look after, also the wife has been spreadung the word about you at her place of work, bless her !

Hi Steve.

That wouldn't be a problem at all, we're stacked out at the min, but i'm sure we can squeeze you in :)

Have you seen our prices or would you like a quote?

Thanks
Kevin

I've had a look at the site, £375 inc water pump i think ... the car probably wouldn't get used too much until we got the belt changed anyway, once we've got it i'll arrange something.

Hi Kevin,

What are the chances of getting the car provisionally booked in for wk commencing 12th April, probably towards the end of the week i won't know for definate until I view the car on the 10th ... if its a problem i'm happy to go for any available date that you have.

Hi Kevin,

We now have the car so if we could book this in, let me know on what date suits and if you want us to drop it off or if you want to collect it from my home address.

Work required, cambelt + waterpump and a general check over to see if everything is ok.

Also what panel fitler would you reccomend and how much? is there anything else to consider, its a daily driver and i don't want my wife being quicker than my Cupra !!!

Hi Steve,

How does Tuesday 20th sound? Unfortunately it's the soonest we can do as we're fully booked but have a day free there.

I can collect and drop the speedy lupo off again if needed..

Thanks
Kevin

oh and before i forget ..... i've just been going through the history and it seems that the following were picked up on its last service,

bottom ball joint, rear anti roll bar (i think audi must make a fortune out of these ! ) and rear brake pads 85% worn, and that may explain the squeek !!!! Also I cannot find any history of the haldex fluid being changed so could you add that to the cambelt& pump, speaking of which have you lowered your prices on these ?

Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve.

No problem we can take a look at these additional things for you.

Cambelt and waterpump is £350

The haldex oil and filter change is £75

I can take a look at the brakes etc and then advise a cost, we can then either go ahead whilst we've still got the car or save it for another time..

Thanks
Kevin
