Anyone fitted a 'BLITS' dual dc turbo timer to their car?
I'm thinking about getting one for my Leon.....
Its also gonna solve my lack of boost gauge in the car as it has a digi one built in with over boost warnings etc.
Is it fairly straight forward and can anyone anticipate probs?

One thing to note, is that when you have a Turbo Timer fitted you loose your Thatcham rating on your alarm/immobiliser as the turbo time bypasses the immobiliser system and in theory makes it more easy to steal the car!

Also, you may void your insurance (should something bad happen to the car- ie theft) as the car is technically still running (even without the keys)

All well made points and I take on board what you are saying about insurance etc.
I've tried a couple of times to intergrate a boost gauge into the car and didn't really like the results. This is my main requirement. It sounds an expensive way to get a boost gauge into the car but I think I will go ahead and leave the timer side of things disconnected.
