Warranty gone so time to tune up

After crashing my 1.4 Ibiza SC my warranty is now void, so looking on the bright side it is now time to play with the engine. I'm not looking for a turbo conversion, at least not unless a bolt on kit becomes available, which seems highly unlikely. I'm not considering an engine swap either, so any ideas?

Porting and polishing, intake and exhaust already on the books, maybe even a de-cat but would like some advice on the de-cat first.

and ITB's for intake
