Crewe Seat - Do they want to sell you a car ?

In May 2010 I was after swapping my Toyota Auris SR for a new Seat Ibiza Cupra so went over to Crewe Seat, in Cheshire. They spent over 30 minutes ringing round other dealers after a price for my Toyota, which I wanted to trade in. In the end I had to go because of a previuos appointment and they promised they ring me back with a figure for a deal. They did manage to find a Cupra at the docks, so no waiting for factory delivery. In the end I went to Stoke Seat, told them about the Cupra and a deal was done there and then. No problem withthe part exchange.
Would I recommend Crewe Seat as a good dealer - No
Would I recommend Stoke Seat - Yes 5 Star.....

Aftersales services is absolutely shocking at Stoke Seat [:@] and not very helpful
