Here is another useful guide...
Something else I needed to find out........... your dealer or someone may ask for this if you're doing something with the thing!
First out of two pictures is the three numeric code that comes with your gearbox (squared off in red), you will find this where the passenger-side driveshaft goes in.

The second one is that actual gearbox main code.
This is normally under a great load of crap right under where the distributor meets the head, you may need to get a toothbrush in there to clean all the crap off of it.
And believe me, you will not feel the code with your fingers.... this took me a while to clean this off (also squared off in red).
This comes in a three letter code inside a group of numbers; something like this:

Another useful site for parts is this, if you can be bothered to translate (type in google: translator and use there translator, it has auto country detection!)...
AND YES, THIS TOOK ME AGES, but I managed to find EVERY ratio and gearbox code that would fit my engine code!

- It translates as: TRANSMISSION! =)
